MiC LOWRY are a five-piece RnB group from Liverpool. You’d be forgiven for thinking they’re from Detroit or Miami, such is their gossamer sound and poise – but it’s Liverpool where the band live, write, record and create everything they do.
Forming when they were at school, the boys have spent the last couple of years honing their fresh and uniquely British take on a classic throwback 90s RnB sound.
Real, authentic and talented singers with true mass-appeal, MiC LOWRY’s passion for the creative process rather than the fame is one of the reasons why millions of people from all around the world are in tune with the lane that they’re creating for themselves.
Their YouTube videos have been watched and shared by millions, their headline UK tour sold out in minutes and in the last week they’ve been heavily co-signed by BBC Radio 1 Xtra as ‘the next big thing to come out of the UK’.
Their EP ‘The Show’ is released on 17 May 2015 and is co-produced by Chris Godbey (Timbaland, Drake, Justin Timberlake).
‘Tuxedo’ is the lead release from their debut EP. A track that combines vibe, harmonies and vocal prowess in equal measure, it’s the debut from a group that looks sure to cement their status as one of the brightest new artists in 2015.
