The King’s Parade
The King’s Parade – a new UK four-piece mixing assured, melodic crossover pop with classic Detroit blues.
This is a tight sound honed by musicians playing together more than 40 hours a week on a Hawaiian cruise ship. Think the Beatles’ unknown early gigs in Hamburg strip clubs and you’re about there; the band live together in a house and rehearse in a shed at the bottom of their garden.

It’s not just storyline though: they quickly proved their technical chops on the London circuit, securing a residency at legendary blues institution Ronnie Scott’s – and since then they’ve played tastemaker shows at The Great Escape, Bestival and Reeperbhan Festival this year as well as embarking on their first European tour in April
